We are a venture originally founded under the wings of high tech giant Ericsson in their intrapreneurship program ONE. after studying the waste industry for two years we realized that our expertise in connectivity could empower the right decision makers to make better informed choices when it came to waste, circularity and overall sustainability. We developed the first version of Sool SaaS based platform following Ericsson’s rigorous product development process with the highest standard of data handling and security. We created a platform that was ready to digitalize an industry with zero transparency leveraging our deep understanding of IoT and APIs. We learned early on that the industry needs serious actors that welcome transparency - otherwise we cannot solve the waste problem. The waste generators must be given a choice to make the best possible decisions - environmentally and financially. Funny enough it turns out that more often than not it is the same and we provide you with real time data that prove it. Ericsson was also a global market leader in mobile financial payments. With that experience we incorporated the material exchange that allow producers of waste and products trade waste materials back into new products in a platform that has the highest ethical standards with material traceability.
